"It's a small world after all...".. Let's go Euro Disneyland!

Shortly after our Florence trip, K suggested doing an impromptu trip to Disneyland in Paris over a weekend. I have only been to the one in Tokyo and I enjoyed it a lot (all things kawaii ) and so I thought why not? It's a 2.5h ride away on the Eurostar and we set off on Friday night after work. To find Mickey Mouse. Everybody sing... "M-I-C-K-E-Y M-O-U-S-E!" I have to admit I am not like an excited kid when it comes to Mickey and gang anymore; I have outgrown them a long time go, but it's more of the overall feel in Disneyland. It's having the feeling of being in the happiest place on earth. It was a beautiful day with blue blue skies and white white clouds For some reason I expected it to be bigger. Like any other Disneyland, there is the concept of fast pass. You get the fast pass ticket which stipulates the time you can go back for the ride so you can cut the queue (we all like don't we! Be honest you). But you can only hold one fast pass at any poi...

Happy Birthday dear flatmate!

It was Marketa's birthday beginning of this month and to celebrate both her birthday and end of her CFA exam, we had a lovely brunch at (one of my fav) Le Pain Quotidien at Covent Garden. Incidentally I had a birthday brunch too last year at the same cafe, but at South Bank Waterloo instead. Flatmates :) A gathering of her favourite girls (I hope haha) and we surprised her with a white Longchamp bag. She is such a Longchamp spokesperson having own so many but I guess girls can never have too many bags eh? Bel speaking from experience here ;) Alrighty let the pictures do the talking... My open faced egg sandwich with added smoked salmon The best friend doing a surprise entrance Trying to blow out the candle with all her might To realise it doesn't extinguish.. cheeky Gabby brought a trick candle! Unveiling the white surprise Happy birthday girl Not my flowers but I can still admire can't I? ;) The Czech sisters Gabby and I always wear ...

Bel's Praise Report...!

Wowweee...! Yes I've got a job offer and extremely excited about it as it's something which I've always wanted! It's an internal transfer and gotta keep a bit of suspense here for a bit as everything is still very in initial stages, I've yet to sign anything but the job is definitely mine to keep :)) I've been in my role for more than 3 years now, (good) changes are coming my way, I can't sit still and wait! I brought a big fat black marker to church on Sunday with the intention of filling in a praise report and writing it in font size 20.. haha and snapped a pic of it. Hallelujah :) Jesus answered my prayer!
