Cooking Chinese noodles

I have been having some noodle cravings recently, in particular one of the dishes which my grandma and aunt cook whenever I'm home.  The other day at the Chinese supermarket I saw a packet of Mamee noodles which look pretty legit, and so I bought them and decided to try cooking this dish.   Ingredients Garlic, a few cloves, smashed Pork slices Fish slices Chinese vegetables Fishballs or fishcakes, sliced Squid balls, sliced Egg Noodles Corn starch (approx half a teaspoon) dissolved in some warm water The good thing about this recipe is that you include however much you want for each person as they go over your noodles once done.  You can also add prawns or chicken slices to add to the sweetness of this dish. Dear Isabelle | 14 months

Dearest Isabelle Wow your previous post garnered quite many views as well as a few lovely comments.  Mummy thinks you should write soon!  Meanwhile, here is another "Dear Isabelle" post because we like to be nostalgic and record stuff down.  Both mummy and daddy think you have recently gone through a growth spurt - both physically and mentally.  It's like one day you woke up and decided to grow up and be all responsive to us when we talk to you, you start pointing and making noises in your cute baby language.  You are starting to tell us your likes and dislikes young lady! Development at 14 months Head, shoulders, knees and toes...
