A simple post for today. A few weeks ago the weather turned for the warmer and we got invited to our first BBQ lunch for the year. Rachel is JX's cousin who is also working here and she rents a nice little pad near Greenwich. We had no idea it was a sit-down lunch, assuming it would be a group of friends standing around in the garden. When we arrived, we saw JX BBQ'ing in the garden and RX setting the table for 5. Wow what a pleasant surprise.

Guess what we had for dessert? Rachel bought a durian!

| And the guys tried their hands at opening it without hurting themselves |
It was an enjoyable lunch that day. After the durian, we had some Chinese tea and chatted till about 430pm where we agreed it's time to go home for a snooze.
On a separate note, I am so proud of these beauties. My purplish blue hydrangeas. They have been blooming beautifully since the day we bought them. I water them faithfully everyday and put them in the shade (seems like they don't like the sun too much). Let's see how long they last!
