omg, I can't wait to blog about this one even if there are no pictures as of now. I was smacked with a Wimbledon blessing by dear Sabrina! Yes Wimbledon!! I have to admit that I know nuts about tennis but then I do know it's Wimbledon we are talking about here!! (yes still in a very excited mood now :D) And best of all, *drumroll* it was Centre Court tickets and.... and... watching Roger Federer play in person!! *super gasp!* God-smacked blessing it is! I really wish my brother could be here and after experiencing it first hand, I regret not going with him to queue up for tickets last year.. *sorry bro* I hope there would be another chance and he can watch his idol play in person and appreciate it more than me. He was watching it on TV back home and texting me "Can you bring Federer back for me pleaseee..." haha yeah rite.It was such a beautiful, beautiful day. We spent the whole day in Wimbledon, starting off with having a free Pimms drink with strawberries and cream courtesy of HSBC. I love HSBC (yes it is very easy to bribe me as u can tell). The sun was shining brightly, I wasn't freezing in my shorts... the band played in the distance. Everyone was smiling and excited esp it's the opening day. The atmosphere was simply lovely.
"yeah!!"
After THE game, everyone relaxed a little and we watched the Women's Singles with L. Robson vs J. Jankovic, and then followed by the second Men's Singles with the 3rd in the world N. Djokovic vs O. Rochus. As it was getting late, we left halfway in the midst of the Djokovic game and to end the perfect day, we managed to take the old school Routemaster bus back to Wimbledon station and then the train back to Waterloo and home.
And of course being the touristy Bel that I am, I took countless photos which I will soon upload onto my laptop and onto my blog when I finally have internet at home. Be patient... :) I know, I can't wait myself either... haha
Thank you Sabrina once again for giving this amazing, possibly my once in a lifetime experience. (Altho I think I am gonna try to ballot for tickets next year!!) Everyone should come and experience Wimbledon!!

Can you believe that the last match went on until about 11pm?! Almost sad that I didn't stay longer but then would have been such a nightmare to get home. Looking forward to the pics!
